Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the United States and Canada. Free shipping on US orders over $100. For Canada, shipping starts at $15 and goes up depending on weight and where you are. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If you are outside the US and Canada, email us and we will see what we can do.

How long does shipping take?

We pack and ship within 1 to 3 business days. US orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days after that. Canada orders take 7 to 14 business days. If you need it faster, email us and we will upgrade your shipping for the difference in cost.

What payment methods do you take?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal. All payments go through Stripe or PayPal. We never see your card number. Your payment info is safe.

Can I return something?

Yes. If your item arrives broken or damaged, email us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you. If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay return shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you run a shop, you can buy from us at 30% to 45% off retail. We ship with your label on the box. Your customers never know we exist. Apply for the Trade Program and get approved in 24 hours.

Can I put my own label on your products?

Yes. We call this white-label. We put your label on our candles, oils, and other products. We ship them directly to your customers with your return address on the box. You do not need to hold inventory. Email us to set it up.

Do you do custom blends or custom products?

Yes. Want a custom oil blend for your shop? Want a candle in a specific scent? We make custom products for shops and brands. Minimum order depends on the product. Email us and we will walk you through it.

How do I know I am getting the real thing?

We hand-check every item before it ships. Every crystal is checked for chips, cracks, and fake origin. Every candle is checked for scent throw and burn quality. Every oil is checked for scent and purity. If it does not pass our check, we do not ship it.

Do you sell to individuals or only shops?

Both. You do not need a business to buy from us. Anyone can order from the shop. The Trade Program is for shops and businesses. Same products, same quality, different price.
